DEONE ZANOTTO • BIOGRAPHY
Coming from a dance background, Deone was trained classically from the age of three and has been fortunate enough to have performed on some of the world's greatest stages, including London's West End, Broadway and of course her native Australia.
Deone has always had a major interest in the fitness industry. While studying Performing Arts in Sydney, Deone excelled from gym instructor to personal trainer and then manager of one of Sydney's boutique gyms in Balmain. While teaching classes has always been incredibly satisfying, working one-on-one with clients is where her passion really lies. Seeing clients grow in strength and achieve their fitness goals is both challenging and rewarding.
It is Deone's philosophy that feeling strong and powerful in your own skin is what it's all about and she is invested in setting and achieving her cleint's fitness plans and goals.
JACEY LAMBROS • BIOGRAPHY
From the moment she arrived in New York City ten years ago to pursue a career in dance, Jacey has been a highly sought talent. She began her career as a dancer for the New Jersey Nets and the NBA shortly thereafter hired Jacey to choreograph and direct annually the NBA All Star dance team. Jacey also has numerous credits in commercials, print campaigns, and TV and film (including Guiding Light, Dancing with the Stars, The Ellen Degeneres Show and the Disney film Enchanted). For the past eight years Jacey has also been kicking high at Rockefeller Center for the World Famous Radio City Rockettes.
Jacey’s passion for dance is matched only by her passion for fitness. She is always looking for innovative and effective new methods for training and is highly experienced in a variety of fitness practices. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor; has her Pilates certification from the esteemed NYC’s Kane School of Core Integration; and is trained and certified in Barre based fitness techniques.
Jacey could not be more thrilled to be a part of the BBS studio. It brings together her two true passions, dance and fitness, and she is excited to share her years of experience with clients and to help them achieve their fitness goals.
SARAH O'GLEBY • BIOGRAPHY
Sarah, originally from the UK, started dancing from the age of four and has been lucky to perform on London’s West End and on Broadway. As a dancer, fitness has been a huge part of her life, always looking to push her body to the absolute limit.
Her most recent position on her jobs for the past five years has been Assistant Choreographer and Dance Captain and loves helping people achieve the seemingly impossible with hard work and a cheeky sense of humor. Her job really has been finding the key to finding the best possible approach so that the client/actor can be the best possible version of themselves.
She believes there is nothing more wonderful in the world than helping and watching people achieve what they thought was probably impossible.
RACHEL BICKERTON • BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised in Melbourne, Rachel began training in all facets of dance at the age of five. She has spent the past decade touring, teaching and performing all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. She has had the honor to live her dreams of performing in some of Broadway's longest running hit musicals.
Spending her life on the stage, Rachel's body has become her instrument. After surviving a fatal car accident and undergoing physical therapy to relearn how to walk, Rachel brings a newfound respect for the body and an appreciation for the gift of movement into her everyday life. Through injury and some of life's unexpected adversities, she has focused intensely on finely tuning her body to stay stronger and fitter than ever.
Rachel's passion for a strong healthy life is endless and she brings this passion to BBS. She loves helping others dream, believe and achieve their goals. Her focus is to help you build a strong foundation while loving and respecting your body, which will give you the confidence and ability to achieve your desired results.
BETH NICELY • BIOGRAPHY
Originally from Ohio, Beth began dancing when she was three years old. She has danced on Broadway, toured all over the United States, and has even performed as a Radio City Rockette!
Throughout her dance career, Beth has worked hard to achieve top physical health to avoid injuries and keep up with hectic performance schedules. She has taught numerous master classes all over the country and loves to inspire people to be the best they can be.
Beth loves new physical challenges and is always amazed by what the body is capable of. What is most important to Beth is finding true joy in everything she does and sharing that passion with others!
